Streaming media is unblocked in my district. We removed it from the block category when we moved to a fiber connection to our ITC. If a site is blocked, there is a "submit site for review" link on the block page. I sent an email out to all staff about the new block page. I have received a dozen requests for review. All have been from students and half were to unblock Myspace.
